Refund Policy
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Introduction
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are protected by consumer guarantees. These guarantees provide you the right to a repair, replacement, or refund when services fail to meet the guarantees. We are committed to ensuring that our services align with these requirements.
Purpose and Scope
This policy applies to all tutoring session fees paid by students or their guardians (“You” or “you”) to Eco Health Solutions Pty Ltd (trading as Lucinda Curran) ABN: 29 161 897 490 (“We” or “Us”). It outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling may occur.
Payment Options for Tutoring
We offer the following payment methods:
- Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG): Payment is processed at least 48 hours prior to each session.
- Prepaid Packages: Purchase multiple sessions in advance for a discounted rate.
Individual Learning Sessions (One-to-One Tutoring)
PAYG Sessions:
- Payment: All sessions are to be paid at least 48 hours before scheduled tutoring sessions.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel a session more than 48 hours before the session, you may reschedule without penalty.
- If you cancel a session within 24-48 hours of the session, you may reschedule, but a 50% fee applies.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or if you miss the session entirely, no rescheduling or refund will be available.
Prepaid Packages:
- Payment: Full payment for the package is made at the time of booking.
- Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. If cancelled less than 48 hours before the session, or if you miss the session, you will forfeit that session without a refund.
- Termination: Upon termination of services, 7 days’ notice is required. Any remaining sessions after the notice period will be refunded. Please note that any discounts applied will be removed from the refund amount.
Group Learning Sessions
- Payment: The first session is paid upfront, and future sessions are to be paid at least 48 hours in advance.
- Missed Sessions: If you cannot attend a group session, no refund will be issued. For online sessions, recordings will be provided where applicable.
- Termination: Upon termination of services, 7 days’ notice is required. Any remaining sessions after the notice period will be refunded. Please note that any discounts applied will be removed from the refund amount.
Cancellation Due to Service Failure
If there is a significant failure in delivering tutoring sessions, as defined by Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a full refund.
For minor issues, we will take steps to rectify the situation.
